I ordered a personalized watch box with an engraved monogram for my wedding day to my husband. I placed the order July 15 and received the order August 26. The wedding was August 19, so I was disappointed it arrived too late. It was an international shipping however, and it turned out the order had been stuck in customs for a while. The box once finally arrived was TOTALLY GORGEOUS. The delivery and stuck in customs I can not blame on WatchBoxCo for - but I would advise everyone to make an express shipping rather than standard like I did.
