I bought this product from an infomercial. The insoles were painful and you inadvertantly you are stuck with a reoccurring shipment of vitamins that they charge to your credit card. When you try to return and cancel this vitamin shipment, that you didn't know you had, they tell you that they are having computer trouble or you get disconnected. Further they send you an auto reply email after you try to contact their customer service department by email. They never again contact you. I have never had such a difficult time with any company. I also returned the product as they directed and got a signature confirmation. That didn't work! After all this, I see they charged my card again so I'm sure I will be receiving this product in the mail soon! Ridiculous! Horrible and Criminal is how I would describe this company's customer service. Do not buy this product. They will take your money and you will have a difficult or impossible time getting a refund. Terrible product! I would give it a big fat ZERO! They need to take your phone call and refund your money and cancel your order when they are contacted the first time!
