The VCA is a franchise; therefore, their business model is based on making profits first. I would highly encourage all perspective customers seeking vet care to please do research on the VCA by way of online reviews from multiple sites. I sincerely wish that I would have done this instead of allowing myself to be swindled out of thousands of dollars.
For what it's worth, even after spending all that money my dog was still very sick and only received minimal treatment. Absolutely terrible feeling for both my dog and the fact that people could be treated this way.
