Promised several steps that could be completed to save my home; sounded wonderful and I was extremely optimistic. However, they neglected to mention that if it took longer than the 4 months timeline provided, they just close your case with no further help. Did nothing to help my situation. They do not have any power to fix any situation your in, no matter what, your still at the mercy of your thieving mortgage company. I am still losing my home, farther behind in my mortgage and out $4,000 that I paid for their service. Be very careful you are not desperate enough to fall for their promises. I was, and am extremely disappointed!
