Incomplete order, poor customer service

Bought two quilt kits from Fussycutter.com web site. Needed two kits for two separate family gifts. Took company owned by Carol Bolin nearly a month to ship. Once received it was only one kit, not the two which was ordered and paid for. Attempted contact via three emails with no response. Filed a PayPal claim and owner finally responded. She denied any errors and refused to correct the problem or refund purchase price for missing portion of the order. Bottom-line...Slow to fill order, incomplete order sent and poor customer service. Will not buy from this company again!
