I am a current customer: Had most of my windows installed yesterday and going into my 2nd day. It is 10am and the crew is not here because they never had the 2 SMALLEST windows on hand. I diligently moved all my furniture in 8 of my rooms away from windows for them to install. This means beds, drawers, tables, etc. My son is sleeping with his mom in our bed and I"m on the couch.
UPDATE: So there's no windows. Scheduled for 2nd install day 4 days from now. Have 2 inch gaps in the wall that span 10ft across my back patio door (It's a 5 ft door and a 5ft window). My sliding door did not get finished yesterday. So this job is looking like 3 days which will cost me (3 days of taking work off, 3 days of finding a baby sitter, 5 days of sleeping on couch). I'm letting Stewart & The Window & Door Store see this review and see if they are able to resolve and make this alleviate this huge problem.
