Terrible stylists that doesn’t know what she is doing

Asked for balayage but instead got the two for one special of a leopard print balayage. Let’s just say I didn’t ask for that. Nowhere close.
Was assured that the stylist was capable after voicing my concerns many times.
Disheartening that they ruined my hair after years of trying to regrow and revive my hair.
