This company totally misrepresents itself. I called them to help me in a dire situation. They promised that once I sent them my money and power of attorney form, I could now sleep at night. (That was over a year ago.) They did not do ONE THING for me except take my money. I had a lien put on my property and also a levy on my bank account. I could not reach the attorney, Richard Schultz, for days and weeks at a time. I had to call the owner, Bob Graham (the one who assured me I could now sleep at night!) who was extremely rude to me and yelled at me whenever I called. He also would hang up on me.
DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They take advantage of people at the most vulnerable times. They are nothing but predators who lie about what they will do. Although it may be a lot of work, anything you need to do with the IRS can be done through the IRS directly without spending large amounts of money for nothing!
So now I still have the same problem - only worse - with $1,650 less money at a time when I need it the most! I wish I knew how to get my money back but I am too busy working and trying to straighten out my IRS problems on my own!
