"Buyer Beware" I had a tax issue that I was dealing with and turned to this company for help. I was greatly overcharged because I ended up having to do the work myself. What I got from this company was a payment agreement which I called the IRS to arrange to fit my circumstances. I could never get in touch with my agent or his contacts even though I was told in the contract there would be a 24-48 response time. They will not do an offer in compromise because it takes too much time which they do not wish to invest even though you invest a great deal of your own money. I can't even begin to express the rude, unprofessional and unethical conduct of the manager/owner Bob Graham and his associate Mike Riley. If you have a tax problem take care of it yourself. The IRS is more than willing to help and work with you. Do not allow these guys to play on your fear.
