This company does not use an adequate standard of business professionalism. I was asked for the money before my job was done. I was promised that the job would be done the next day, after payment was given. The company owner backpedaled and began to shift the project date one, then two, then to four or five days later. Since I currently live in another state, I asked if a trusted family member with considerable expertise could meet with the contractor
when the job was to be done. The contractor was never at the work site when my family member was there beginning at 8:30 a.m. when the job was to began, and even later in the day when my family member returned. My family member said work was done, but how much and exactly what was done is still unknown. It is clear based upon another landscaper's bid and my family member's knowledge that I was substantially overcharged.
The owner of this company has no intention of keeping his word, he may exaggerate the work that needss to be done unless you have some way of checking his findings, and he is clearly most interested in collecting the money. The work is secondary to his purpose. You can receive better service elsewhere.
I would NEVER recommend this contractor to anyone.
