Sunset is horrible! They have bad customer service and they damaged my car. I took my car in on a weekend for a cleaning and detail service. They left 1 stain on a back seat, didn't clean all the dust off the front dashboards and put a 5-6 inch tear in my front seat. There was no one on duty over the weekend who could address the issues. I did report them to the clerk right away, before driving off the lot. Had to go back on Monday to talk to the manager. The manager refused to even look at the tear. Said his guys wouldn't have done it and I must be lying. Even though there was no discoloration in the cushion and the tear was even. It was obviously just done. I would never go there again.
