This place is ridiculous. Never go here!! My friend and I were looking for a place and they charge you $160 just to look up places for you, which I could have done on my own. They never found us a place and are impossible to get a hold of. They are rude and not professional at all. There is a refund available if they don't find you a place. You can collect your refund after three months. Three months passed and my friend and I went to collect our money. They denied us our refund by saying that their agent held up their end of the contract, which is false. The contract stated that the agent was required to find us a place and have us move in. They did not hold up their end of the deal. They also told us we were denied our money because we waited a month after the contract was up after three months to collect our refund. However no where in the contract does it say that you MUST collect your refund on the exact day the contract is up. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
