Minus points if it was possible. PLEASE PLEASE steer away from this company!!! Poor organization, lack of communication with the client and amongst their own staff (blaming each other and never themselves when something goes wrong), AWFUL craftsmanship (getting things done the shortcut way, instead of the right way) to save money, apprentice work, always late or delayed to EVERY appointment. Something went wrong in every step of the process, there was absolutely NO QUALITY CONTROL. Often times, no one return our calls or texts. We were never kept in the loop as to what was getting done during the week. We were REALLY getting tired of being ignored. They don't clean after themselves, protect what they've already done (so our installed cabinets ended up getting dented or scratched everytime they came back to do something else in the kitchen). The owner Fred made promises but never followed through with it. He never returned our inquiries like he promised. It was an ABSOLUTE nightmare working with these people. PLEASE PLEASE don't put yourself through the misery.
