I contacted this company on 7/27/09.The staff are extremely disrespectful. Several of the account representatives yelled at me on the phone and refused to close my account if I did not pay the interest!!!The debt was for the amount of $187.00 and the interest amount was $75.00. That is ridiculous!!! They indicated that I could pay what ever I wanted but it would not come off of my credit until I paid the interest. This is one of the reasons why credit collectors get a negative reputation.
