Customer Service VERY slow to reply

I am pleased with the final product -- but became very frustrated with the delays in response time from customer service. Website said 2-4 weeks delivery expected during COVID times. 6 weeks passed and I called (they were not taking calls -- you have to email) and finally a response after the 3rd follow up. Response was vague on expected delivery time and I waited another 3 weeks and then had to wait for a response again -- after 2 follow up emails. Product showed up at our door yesterday -- without any advanced notice (thankfully we were here for the weekend) and today I received an email notifying me that my order will be shipping out!
The product is good quality and easy to assemble (altho some "pre-drilled holes" we re missing). But their delivery time is WAY off and customer service is incredibly frustrating to deal with!
