Review 6/21/2010

I purchased an oxygen sensor from this company in January of 2010. I should have immediately been suspcious of the part as it was being sold for half the price that any other company was selling them for. Nonetheless, I purchased it and had it installed in my car. Not four months later, my car was having problems again and my mechanic determined that the oxygen sensor was faulty. I had the mechanic put a new one in and requested that Power Pro refund my money, which they refused to do. They stalled, dragging the time out longer and longer. One representative asked if I could send the part back to them for examination, which I did. (My mechanic believed this part to be used when he installed it; it did not appear to be a brand new part). After sending the part to Power Pro, they said they'd send a new part, but not a refund. I explained that I already had a new part installed, so sending me a new one would not help. Further refusing to refund my money, they also ignored repeated requests to have my part returned to me; they may have (correctly) assumed I would use that part as evidence when I pursue this incident further.
Repeated emails to the company have since gone unanswered. I would highly advise NOT doing business with Power Pro, as the quality of the products is highly questionable and should you find you have problems with the parts, you will find obstruction and stalling on their part.
