This facility is unorganized and unprofessional. Many times I have scheduled an appointment and I sat with my children waiting up to two hours to be seen. Several times I was called with an appointment reminder for an appointment I had never scheduled! I was billed for a procedure that I had not received! I paid a very large amount of money for my childs procedure, paid in full and several years later, my childs teeth are in no better shape than when we began. I would not recommend this Dentist and Dentist office to anyone and I would encourage anyone seeking treatment to look into another dentist! I would suggest looking into the bacground of the people working in this office, there is a laundry list of malpractice accusations and complaints!
