Unfortunately, as polite and nice as the three young men were, they managed to take my husbands Iphone right from the nightstand. When I asked them if they had seen it they all said no. After my Mother and I had a purposely loud conversation on how the phone had a tracker, one of them came up and said he remembered seeing it in a box of towels that was taped and had been packed no where near my phone. Well, I got my phone back but the brand new charger and headphones never came up. I also had a wooden cross I bought in Italy that was from Israel and had great sentimental value "IN MY UNDERWEAR DRAWER" that was gone but the packaging was left there, just like the Iphone box. I've never felt compelled enough to write a bad or good review for that matter but this was not a good experience. I do not want this to happen to anyone! Did I mention my furniture was all scratched and frames were broken? Oh,ya...that too......
