I could not be more pleased with Jim and Patio Crew. I called a number of other patio lattice installers and none got back to me in a timely manner. When they did, they didn't seem terribly interested in whether or not they got my business. I had done
some research so I knew the realm of "reasonable" pricing. Others, when they did get back to me, gave me ridiculous quotes (although none were willing to do so over the phone). Jim, on the other hand, got back to me within about 30 minutes of me leaving a
message and was willing to give me a preliminary quote (based on my measurements), which he told me he needed to verify upon an on-site visit. He was able to meet me at my first available time and showed up precisely on time and his "formal" quote was a little
less than his preliminary quote (a nice surprise). His installation crew showed up on time and seemed genuinely interested in doing a quality job and pointed out a number of installation considerations before proceeding. I was very, very pleased with the end
result and am enthusiastically giving Jim and Patio http://Crew.com 5 stars!
