I am starting an on-line business and had already spent three weeks going back and forth with my internet provider, second tier; then referred to my computer security company--second tier--wasting valuable time. So I picked up my trusty yellow pages and looked for the first computer store that caught my attention, Pro Computer Center. This was a Sunday, I called and and reached an answering service. She said I would be called back on Monday. Just as she said, I was. A friendly and helpful person listened. Everything that he explained on the phone that would happen once my computer was received, happened that way and the price was very close to what I was originally quoted. I found my contact person to be very accommodating, he answered all my questions, and I picked up my computer when he said it would be ready. And received a couple follow-up calls making sure that everything was working. Excellent customer service!
