The most unprofessional lending instiution I have ever worked with. The loan officers and the loan department have continuously given me the run around and a simple refinance has turned into an absolute nightmare. When you leave a message you will be sure never to get an answer from them. I have also contacted upper management to no avail. I locked in my interest rate for my refinance three months ago. I was also going to cash out. After two months with the underwriter my loan officer called me and told me that I couldn't cash out. Something that she knew 6 weeks before. thus my interest rate lock expired. Rates in the mean time went up and I was being told that i would have to lock in again at the higher rate. I realized at that point they were playing games with me. I gave up the opportunity to go with another lender and I am beyond frustrated. If I knew then what I know now i would never have used them.
