I purchased the I-Rocks USB hub through newegg.com, and the rebate was managed through PCUSA Corp. The purchased was made on 11/2/07, and the rebate was expected to be fulfilled in 8-12 weeks, so I start to count off the weeks. Now its currently 3/26/08, well above the 12 weeks to send me my rebate and I have yet to receive anything. So I contact the company through email, they say that I never sent the Invoice. I scan all my rebates which include the UPC, invoice, and rebate form. I told them I had these documents available and forwarded it to them. I never received a replied after that, and additional attempts came up fruitless. So I contact them by phone and I get transfered like a hot potato, back and forth, from one person to the next. Also, you can barely these guys on the phone, they are so soft spoken. Whats the deal? I file my rebate correctly yet don't have a check in the mail.
