I worked with this company to purchase an investment property. I wanted to invest out of state, but didn't have the network to do so. They did a great job at introducing me to the right team and helping with facilitating the transaction. They provided me with a lot of information in order for me to make a decision. I will admit I was skeptical of if they could get a zero down deal during the credit crunch. They pulled it off and did everything they said they would do.
Areas of improvement: They have a long list of clients they are working with. The process goes slow. I was hoping to close in 1-2 months. It took me 3 months to get everything done. It was worth the wait, but it was slower that I had hoped. The transaction coordinator that I was assigned to wasn't too bright. She was only a paperwork girl. I could never get my investing questions answered by her. I always had to talk to the broker or an investment specialist. They were usually busy so there was a wait time with that as well.
I plan to buy more properties with them soon and I have friends and family participating in the program.
