We were very disappointed with both the product we purchased from Mwave as well as the customer service we received. According to Mwave.com we ordered an OEM toner cartridge. Unfortunately, we received a generic toner cartridge instead. When we went back to the site to review our order, suddenly the item number we ordered had a new product description stating that it was a generic cartridge. We never received communication from Mwave informing us of this error on their website or with our order. When we contacted them about returning the product for the OEM toner we ordered, they proceeded to tell us they don't even carry OEM toners. We requested a refund and received a return tag however, they did not pre-pay the pick up fee on the return. When I emailed about this problem they instructed me to drive the package to a nearby UPS location. I had to argue with them in order to get this fee paid by them. I eventually was able to ship the item back to them. As of the date of this review, they have had the product back in their possession for 4 business days and have yet to refund my credit card. I will never order from this company again.
