Do your self a favor and do not deal with Mwave.com
I paid $185.00 for a projector bulb. The bulb only lasted 90 days (all other bulbs from other websites lasted a year) and even though the bulb had a 90 day warranty, it seems the warranty starts the day you order the bulb, not the day you receive the bulb.
I have e-mailed and faxed the owner for the past two weeks with absolutely no reply after trying to chat on-line with customer service. Customer service had already told me that the owner does not talk directly to his customers so I didn't try to call him.
All I want is a replacement bulb.
