This garage rocks!
While travelling between Phoenix and Atlanta, my mother-in-law's car blew a head gasket. UGH! Thankfully, the next exit was home to the Midas garage.
Pat, the manager, was able to find the problem very quickly. Sylvia, in the office, was extremely helpful in making arrangements for me to stay until the problem was fixed. Todd, the mechanic, did a great job on the repair. All were extremely helpful, kind, and hospitable to me. They made my stay in Gallup pleasant, when it could have otherwise been miserable. They were all above & beyond the call of duty in their work on my car.
Pat even 'talked me off the edge' when I thought that there might be a recurrence of the problem on the other end of New Mexico (there wasn't!).
If you stop in, be sure to check out the gift baskets that Pat's wife makes! We picked up a My Little Pony basket for a very reasonable price, and it gave us something to do while we waited out the repair.
I hope & pray, that if I ever have a breakdown far from home again, I'll find a place like this Midas shop. They were the best!
