The company was referred to me for installing an above ground pool this summer (2011). The 24' diameter pool was installed very un-level and water could not even reach the skimmer.
It took many phone calls and text messages to get them back out to check out the improperly installed pool. He offered to re-level the pool and would pay for the water since it had to be drained (14,500 gals).
After a month they came back, re-leveled the pool, but since the lining had already been trimmed and the skimmer had been installed, the lining looks like a mess with all the wrinkles. The bottom corner all around the bottom of the pool is lumpy and the pool cleaner is not able to reach to the edge. Also, he had 2 tanks of dirty water brought out and dumped into the pool and the rest was added from our water hose. He never came back to pay the $50.00 for the additional water.
I cannot recommend his company for above ground pool installs and I cannot recommend him for his integrity. If you can find another contractor, use them.
