I signed a contract with this company back in February. This company promised it would take 30-60 days to complete the modification process since I was current on my mortgage. It is now May 19,2009 and they have yet to submit any information to my lender. They have sent my file to three different processors and they are always "missing" a piece of information.
I have not recieved a return call in over 12 days. I have sent them 7 emails and called everyday for 12 days. When I call the processor she states on her machine that if I need immediate assistance to notify her supervisor at extension....but that extension does not exist.
I would be very cautious before proceeding with this company
