3 day deliver? NOT

I placed an order on April 1st and as of yesterday, the order had still not been processed.. I paid for the 3 day delivery but 6 days later, the order is finally processed; I still won't receive the order for another 3-4 days and the customer service line goes directly to voicemail; I have yet to be in contact with anyone who works there.
I have sent correspondence via email and they refuse to reply.. completely unsatisfactory and not any way to conduct business.
