Worst Service Ever!

I had ordered from this company before and had no trouble with my order so, when I ran out of archival pages for my giant scrapbook I ordered from them again. What a freaking nightmare! After 8 weeks of waiting, I finally emailed them and asked for an update. Four emails and as many months later, I have yet to receive a response. Don't even try calling the number because the person that answers is the rudest individual I've ever dealt with. He all but called me a liar, so I demanded to speak to his supervisor. He hung up on me. When I tried to call back, no one answered. Needless to say, I have no product and no refund and I will never deal with this bunch of crooks again! Lesson learned the hard way! If I could give them negative stars (-100), I would.
