New company, same customer service

You are lucky they are offering to fill your order. After having fought to get my order filled with the old company I was happy to hear a new voice when I called to check on the status of my order - the new owners were now in control. My item was in stock and would be shipped out. A month later, still nothing. Called again and was told that it not only wasn't in stock but had never been in stock. They would start the refund process but it might take a little while. Fine. Several weeks later I called and was told it would be awhile yet. Called several weeks after that and was told that the new policy was to not issue refunds to orders placed under the old company. No apologies, no attempt to remedy the situation. I felt like they had just thrown me under a bus. They said I should contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General. I did contact the BBB and the company never responded to their inquiry. They obviously don't care about keeping customers. If this is how they treat old customers I wonder how they will treat new ones. I will never order from them again.
