There is new hope for getting your money back. I just spoke with a customer service rep who answered the phone after a few rings. Call 1-800-975-6429 to get the call center. If you want to talk to the call center manager (Bernard Findley) call 877-652-8941. If enough people call and demand their refund it might make a difference.
