How to get your money back from these crooks, an update

Ms. Ariel De Guzman (ADeguzman@dca.lacounty.gov), Investigator at the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer Affairs, emailed me that they are in contact with Light Impressions and LI has issued refunds to several people who filed a complaint with the LA dca.
I was finally able in November to get my credit card company to credit me the amount owed me since March, but only because I had initially contacted them within 60 days of the purchase.
This is what I wrote in October:
If you have had the same negative experience as others writing here, please file complaints with the FTC and the CA Attorney General, not just the BBB. You can do everything online. If enough people file complaints, the FTC or Attorney General will take action. This company is listed under the Business Type Category: Photo Restoration Services. However, I think the only services they provide are: Taking Your Money, at which they excel. They have a nice website and catalog of archival photo supplies. When I ordered they promised it would be delivered in 10 days. When it didn't, they said they had a fire in their warehouse. When I canceled my order, they said they would refund my money, but they didn't. Other people have been waiting over a year for their refund. I've been waiting over 7 months. I think these people are brazen crooks and need to be stopped.
