Success with these thieves!
Hi -
I, too, got ripped off by this company, but I FINALLY got my refund check today! I got results by calling and threatening to actually go in there and create a messy scene in person.
The person I dealt with was Taylor Clark, tclark@ncd-brands.com, (562)447-1700 (he's the one I threatened with making a scene in person.) He HAS the ability to issue a refund check immediately, since after I threatened action, he said he'd have the check ready the next day.
The president's name is Gabe Bristol. His assistant's name is Stephen Johnson, sjohnson@ncd-brands.com, X1750. I suggest you call and harass him as well.
