Their website http://www.ijji.com was once cool. I used to like them a lot but recently they have slow customer service, and they don't follow through with their event prizes. I think they need to learn more about how to satisfy the users of their website. I was a winner of a contest in October but still have not received a prize. Instead of being honest, they have created multiple lies/excuses.
