We hired Hi-Tech Design & Construction, Inc. to do a bathroom gut and renovation, including tiling, plumbing, painting, drywall and more odds/ends. We had this team completely redo the bathroom in our rowhome, and they did an amazing job.
In the process of the renovation they found that one wall had additional repairs that needed to be addressed, and they worked with us to adjust the estimate and make the fixes needed. This was not just a new tub and a fresh coat of paint...the room was brought down to the studs and rebuilt, shifted the toilet location, new tub, new fixtures, tiling, etc.
In addition, they built in some cool nooks/shelving into the shower stall space and was very creative/professional in the whole job.
Hi-Tech Design & Construction, Inc. were one of 5 estimates that we had come through to discuss our renovation ideas, and immediately they showed the willingness to listen, work with us and take the job seriously. The entire time on the job, these guys were communicative and available to answer questions or discuss changes/updates. They always showed up on time and kept the workspace organized as the job was going on.
Every interaction with Hi-Tech Design & Construction, Inc. was professional and friendly, and we would not hesitate to work with them again, and would recommend them immediately to anyone. While the renovation was happening, and after it was completed, we knew that Hi-Tech Design & Construction, Inc. were the right choice.
