Hired to remodel both of my bathrooms. Although the workmanship was decent, I would not recommend this company. List of issues:
1. Plumbing specialist cut through an active gas line and DID NOT mention it to me until I noticed him working on it. I was in the house with my toddler at the time!
2. Installed a pocket door. a) I had to seal up the subfloor, they had not done so. b) after a year the door track was sagging(all screws were loose from normal wear). Was told that I would have to pay for repairs. All they did was buy the frame assembly, install, and hang door. I retorted that it was not my job to insure that it was in working order before installing. Agreed to come to my house, no charge, to examine. To date(May 18th) I have not heard back from them other than my calls to the office.
3. Half-assed the last part of the job. I told them I would not pay the final installment until the job was completed to my satisfaction. Had the nerve to ask me for 80% of monies. Um, NO!
4. Very condescending to customers. I told him of my back ground with construction but he still felt it necessary to talk to me like a child at times. Unfortunately, by this time he was already into the job and I had no other contractors to fall back on.
Suggestion: Find someone else.
