FINALLY I got the help I was looking for.

I am very skeptic when it comes to doing business over the phone and not meeting the person I am dealing with face to face!!
After a few days of talking to Sophie and John I felt very comfortable with them and I decided to go ahead with hiring them. The first few days I did not hear anything but I was getting letter from my Mortgage company showing they were working on my file and I am happy to say. After a couple of months I was able to the help I was looking for and now I am very pleased with my decision and the outcome.
