Family Dental Health Care, LLC stated that my dental insurance provided them information that only certain services would be covered. However, such information was obtained AFTER services were rendered. This is unacceptible practice. I have visited numerous dental care companies over the years and this is the first instance where a dental care company did not confirm what will and will not be covered under my dental plan. Such practice would also ascertain the type of services that are deemed necessary as oppose to "excessive." As of 2.13.11 a complaint has been fined and has not been resolved as the afermentioned incident describes above (see Complaint ID: 99142391 filed with the Better Business Bureau [BBB]).
