I have rented from Elly Nesis for about 6 months now and have had nothing but harassment the entire time. Elly himself comes by our house five days a week for no reason other than to check on the tenants. Our front door was never locked because he installed apartment style mailboxes in our entry way. The only way we could get mail or send it was to leave the front door unlocked so the postman could do his job. they finally got removed once a housemate walked in on two homeless people eating our food out of the fridge. We had 1000 piece puzzle being worked on in the living room by all the housemates but Elly himself took it. We had a TV that he gave us permission to put in the living room but he took it. Typically 4 out 5 days a week I wake up to find an Elly Nesis worker in our living room, kitchen or bathroom every morning I get up. We emailed the company asking them to follow California Tenant Laws. There response was we will continue to come by everyday. I woke one morning to find all our toothbrushes tossed in the sink. When I asked the Elly Nesis employee that was there why he did that. He told me that Elly Nesis himself had come by and decided to change everything so he ripped all the towel racks and our toothbrush holder out of the wall. There was a time when I was washing some laundry and had some delicate s on hangers air drying in the living room. Elly walks in and takes them down and puts them on the washer and says these don't belong there. Why is he touching my clothes?? I have contacted the local police about all the intrusions as well as several informational sites. I am not the only one he is trying to slum so protect yourself against this company. Do your research online.
