I happened to purchase a copper utensil (lota in local language)which was of not so good quality but my need was urgent so I purchased it. Just a few hours later, I happened to see a similar item in other store on Pioneer Blvd which was not only of better quality but also very well priced and a good sized one.
Like any one would, I thought I will return this & buy it from the other store. But these guys simply refused to take it back complaining people find better ones at other stores & return our stuff. Initially, they even refused to pay heed to me. They do not like customers returning their stuff and also price heavily for not so good quality items.
Think twice before you purchase anything from the store. The only good thing about this store is they keep a variety of items for sale which tempts the customer to visit the store.
