They made a mistake and charged me for five tires, instead of the four I bought. It took them a month to refund my over payment. Were you to go to any business and say "I'll mail you a check a month from now for something I want to buy today" they would laugh in your face. To make matters worse, they then issued a stop payment on the check (after I had deposited it, so my bank charged me a returned item fee) and then issued me a credit to my credit card. This all took about a month. I'd say this was poor enough customer service for me to not buy anything from them in the future. I'd check out Cost Tires or America's Tires or Costco as better places to do business with.
