Martin was excellent to work with. He's a calm cool guy, was very good at follow-up, and was always patient about answering any of my questions. He was willing to wait several days - without any pressure in the slightest - to make sure I got the lowest rate available. He even taught me a few things about home mortgage finance. He was just all-around great.
