I bought a company and a program where they help me get financing for real estate. They can arrange up to $1 million. Keep in mind the loan must be safe - nothing ridiculous like borrowing more than the property is worth. But if the loan is low loan-to value / loan-to purchase price it works. I now have 37 houses I bought in Detroit and they financed all of them. The program's worked for me and I have the properties. I'd heard of these guys from a friend's recommendation. So, my experiences with the company have been positive. I call and they all seem to be helpful, even after I bought from them. They called me to check to make sure everything was okay and they had this guy call me to walk me through all my paperwork. So, I've been taken care of by these guys.
