After being locked out from account suddenly, I had no option but to call and wait for someone who only gave me an email address. The email address had many problems with bouncing back emails but eventually went through. CJ staff gave little explanation or evidence of any violation of terms.
This is not the first time this issue has occurred with Commission Junction, Inc. Previously after many days of frustrating contact they have eventually sorted out their issues. This time they do not respond to my emails. CJ.com takes commissions from web publishers, then fails to pay and honor the terms of the agreement.
