Coast Mitigation is by far the most corrupt and non customer service freindly business I have ever encountered. They continually contact me and my wife. Harassed us and claimed that we were someone else. When we said we were not, they called us liars and said they would call our family and harass them until we paid the bill. We owed no bill, we are not who they were looking for and yet they continued to threaten and harass us. Doing business with a company who threatens your family is not a good idea. Believe it or not, they are still calling even though I work for the US Gov and have informed them they are wrong. They do not seem to care. Apparantly I and my law abiding wife are imposters who have failed to pay a bill. I have invited them to my home but I guess I am lying about that.
