Having issues on a pocket watch I ordered. The watch doesn't work, so contacted the company and was told to return it. Watch was packaged in original box, wrapped in tissue paper, put in a larger box with bubble wrap and mailed. Now company states they can't replace it because it was receive "in pieces and scratched". It wasn't either when I shipped, just not functioning. Since I notified the company ahead of time and shipped it back packaged very carefully, I'm wondering what's happening here. Hope this can be resolved quickly and politely.
