I had insurance with this company for a few years, and when I traded in my car, I called to give them my new info. They said they would take care of it. I ended up getting a letter from the DMV stating that my registration was suspended on new car because they never received proof of insurance. I contacted Caruso Insurance and spoke with Julian and he said I do have insurance and would fax me over a copy of my card. I finally got the fax after repeated attempts to get the card. It turns out that card was fake because I found out a few months after that my insurance still covered my old car. I am in the process of getting this taken care of, but I will not be working with this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for insurance services. They were dishonest with me and I would have been the one that got screwed if I had been in an accident with no insurance coverage.
