I made 4 phone calls tying to get a close time frame for delivery of my fridge this week starting on July 6, 2010 and ending today July 10,2010. Their Delivery manager Mr Joe Levi is a very difficult, short tempered and defensive nature -completely in a wrong line of business for customer service- Mr Levi made everything impossible for my delivery and finally after bunch of empasses in between. I scheduled a delivery for saturday 7/10/10-taking a time off from work because they wouldn't deliver my fridge before 10 am during the week. According to mr Levi's orders I called him on the day of the scheduled delivery which is today-since he's the delivery Nazi and wouldn't be flexible with anything other than what pleases him- He said he didn't schedule a delivery for me today because i wasn't there for the original delivery date which was - last wednesday 7/7/10 -which I made 2 phone calls ahead of that day and 2 phone calls on that day at 8:30 am to find out about the delivery, and on 7/7/10 he said his driver is late and they can't delver my fridge before 11 am, I said ok fine but I have to go to work at 10 am today so let's schedule a delivery for saturday -7/10/10-, I work on saturdays but I will take a day off for the delivery. -I called them today which is the delivery date, talked to mr Levi and he said that he's not gonna deliver my fridge because I wasn't there for the original delivery schedule meaning last wednesday! He also said that I never scheduled another delivery for my order. After seeing Mr Levi deliberately cancelled my schedule for today without a notice even though I took a day off from work to fulfill his impossible delivery schedule and hearing that he told his manager Mr Nickels that I'm lying about today's delivery schedule, I decided to speak to their general manager Mr Nickels... Because certainly Mr Levi is no good for my transaction as I must have hurt his feelings by requesting an early delivery any day before 10 am... and anytime for saturday (today). Mr Nickels seemed like a reasonable person at the beginning and told me to call him back later today to see if he can do anything. I called him back later but this time he said he can't do anything today either, I asked Mr Nickels to listen to the recordings of phone conversations I had with Mr Levi earlier this week and he will see that i scheduled a delivery for today and he will see that he is the one lying about todays delivery. His response was" I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO THAN THIS". How do you like that for a customer service? I was still willing to work and asked for the next available date, he said that next wednesday (7/14/10) after 3 pm, and I said I can try to take off work couple of hours earlier and I can be there at 4 pm, he said no it's not gonna work. So, they are located 3 blocks away from me, and he can't even give me an hour flexibility! He ended his conversation by saying he will call my landlord and tell him that he can't fill my order. That's how we ended. This is my first experience with them and so far they've been very difficult, condescending at times, and very short with me and POORLY POORLY COMPLIANT... They made my delivery impossible. Yes, Mr Nickels decided that he can't fill my order and NOT TO DELIVER MY FRIDGE.... Yes, i'm very upset with their service.
