They promised much and delivered little. High pressure sales. I call this a general failure to perform services as promised. Do not use this company's services. I have had this service performed by a reputable company and this company is not performing to standards. They did not clean all the vents, they did not clean the dryer vent, and they did a so-so job on the furnace cleaning. When I refused to buy their electro-static filter, they became abrupt and short with me, and left quickly. When I called their phone numbers an hour later to request that they come back and finish the job, no one ever called back. There is no person answering their phones, only answering machines. They also operate under the trade name Lincoln Carpet Cleaning.
